SIS is a founding member

of the Commonwealth Coalition of Private Schools Association (CCOPSA) which comprises most of the private schools in the Commonwealth. Through CCOPSA, its participation with local sports federations, and active engagement with PSS Athletics, SIS students participate in badminton, basketball, cross country, soccer, swimming, track and field and volleyball.

The school hosts the annual, the Gecko 5000, which was the Commonwealth’s first cross country invitational.

SIS hosts several annual events for the entire community, including The Health Heart Walk, tennis tournaments, volleyball tournaments and more.

The island is a great place to play all sports year round. Many of our students play tennis, soccer, dance and swim for various clubs around Saipan.
